Battalion Mortgage is a team brand of Sponsor and is not a separate mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or the legal sponsor of this giveaway.
This giveaway is not sponsored, administered, endorsed, or funded by the homeowner, home seller, listing agent, real estate brokerage, any television manufacturer, or any other third party.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, , and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.
The giveaway begins on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
During the Giveaway Period, complete the official online entry form with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address, and answer each homebuying question. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entering this giveaway does not require applying for a mortgage, obtaining financing, getting prequalified, agreeing to use , Battalion Mortgage, or , working with a real estate agent, purchasing a home, or purchasing any product or service. You may choose not to receive follow-up from about buying or financing a home and still enter.
One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) 65-inch Smart TV. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $498.00. Brand, model, and features will be selected by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion and may vary from any photo or mockup shown on the entry page. Prize has no cash alternative, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a store gift card in the amount of the ARV, if the advertised prize is unavailable.
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about Monday, August 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be notified using the phone number or email address provided with the entry, within approximately forty-eight (48) hours after the drawing. The selected winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that time, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required affidavit or tax form, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
After eligibility is confirmed, Sponsor will arrange delivery or in-person pickup of the prize in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, or will ship the prize to a contiguous United States address supplied by the winner, at Sponsor's expense and discretion. Allow approximately two to four weeks after winner confirmation for delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays by the manufacturer, retailer, or shipping carrier.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules. If required by law, the winner may be required to complete a Form W-9 or similar tax documentation before the prize is released. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued where applicable.
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and , their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, or for failures of networks, devices, or the entry website.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
